I use ICE products. My ritual is:

Ice car wash in a bucket with a microfiber towel as the wash mit (I've decommissioned the washmit).

Then I rinse and dry with the microfiber towel.

My black Shelby usually gets some drying streaks because of the black paint in daylight (forget sun - the paint warms up and leaves towel streaks).

Then I use the Ice detailer spray and wipe it down with another (dry) microfiber towel.

It looks beautiful after that.

This is all in keeping with black paint being an obsessive compulsive disorder satisfier. Sorry, works for me.
