If you know the kid (may work at the dealership) with the red fox body that was at the show this year and I think he was there last year (car was on the dyno) you can thank him for the rock chips in our car. Saturday after the show the wife wanted to drive the car with the stage II for the first time. We went out on 19 and passed one car. Well he was following us and passed that car and then us only we had gotten up to Hwy 94 by the BP. Well needless to say when he moved over he went across the small median and showered us with rocks. I will have to make sure I say HI to him next year if I see him!

OH I don't believe I'm afraid of you. Just cautious, I think we would get into a ton of trouble together.

When he went past, he was obviously trying to draw attention by revving the engine and going faster than was necessary. We were walking on a sidewalk, I was in front with another person, and then Joe G and the other guy were in the "back row".

Evidenty (ahem), one of the guys in the back row threw their hands in the air as if to say "WTF" in regards to his obvious attempt to "show off". Evidently (ahem), the truck driver saw this....which we did not know until later.

No big deal, we kept walking. We eventually got to my car...and we stopped since I had a few gag gifts to give out. Before I go any further, I need to explain about a drug named "Doxidan".

Well that seemed to fit Mr. Boston Mike (BM) to a tee....but he was not with us, so I asked Joe to give it to him.

Just about that time as we all stood around my car, we look up and see some guy walking towards us with authority, muscle shirt on and a tatoo of a tarantula on one arm. He spit a wad from his chewing tobacco on the street as he approached, and loudly said "You guys got a problem?"

We were all like "WTF"? I had no idea what he was talking about (remember, I did not see the person in the "back row" raise their hands in the air earlier).

We said "what do you mean". He said "I saw you throw your arms up in the air back there, you got a problem with me?"

Evidently he had gone around the block just to come see us...awww...how sweet of him.

Joe finally diffused the situation by telling him we were just messing around....and he made some snide comment and left.

We all laughed for a few minutes, and no harm was done.

Now, which one of you did the arm waving.

P.S. I think HSURB was hoping for a repeat of when I took care of the car thief in KC. I was just clueless about what this guy was doing...I didn't even know it was the same truck.

We're you guys looking for trouble or what???!!! Don't mess with the locals when you've got $$$$$$ sitting in the parking lot!

Boy, was this sat night or fri nite?? I dropped out early on friday but was up and going on saturday, and was outside drinking at the motel (after being dropped off by Tim's friend) until 2 am or so..........thought I would have heard the commotion..........John

...its a shame, since heavy armament was readily available........you know, water pistols and such......

That was my friend John that took you back to the car. I spoke to him Sunday night. He wanted me to tell all of you that he really enjoyed meeting everyone.

..he seemed like a good guy. I am real surprised that I did not hear any commotion, since we put the stripes on my front fender after he took me back, and then fussed with the tune to raise the rev limiter.....right in front of the middle sign.....and then sat in front of your place with the beer, etc........you guys should have done some yelling, cursin' etc so I could have at least spectated.....or pissed some recycled beer on his leg......you know, the typical badcat stuff......glad he was just after some macho ego stuff and not after a real ass kickin' of some out of towners......guys like him that pick fights usually do that cause they have some skill at it....best to avoid unless it is something you are pretty decent at...
