I promise to address all the speed limit and road saftey issues in this country by first instituting that anyone caught driving in the left hand lane not yeilding to faster traffic will be banned from the highway by my newly appointed highway Marshall TommyGun.

All Hybrids and Smart(dumb) cars can only use the back roads.(no highway for them) according to Max the sausage nazi my Road and Highway administrator.

All Gov spending will have to be submitted for approval to my new Finance Minister and "Controller" of all Gov allocation and spending , AlloyDave
Plus a new "Fair tax" structure will be evaluated and instituted by the Finance Minister as he sees fit.

After that Tommy Gun owes a small tax of 1 penny for having a Hybrid on his GT500. Had it been a REAL hybrid, the fine would be much higher.
