11.437 122.95 mph
Finally took the GT500 to the track for the first time!
I had a blast! Here are the 2 best timeslips. I only ran 4 times. 1st run was 11.625 120.62 2nd run my car went into failsafe...not really sure why...maybe overrevved? Scared the crap out of me! Back to pits. Turned car off.....reloaded the tune just to be safe. Everything seemed okay. 3rd run was 12.584 121.22 I did a terrible burnout and spun the tires on the launch. 4th run was 11.437 122.95  I told myself if I broke 12 it would be a great first day out......needless to say I am happy! My 60' times are okay.....but I believe I can get into the 10's with a little practice.......what do ya think? Man it is awesome to drive to the track.....run 11's and drive home!

Those are some nice numbers. I forget how much HP you are putting down at the rear. I think your right with a little practice you get better times. Are you running a delay box or is it just all driver reacion?

Never mind about that delay box. Those are mostly all used on automatic trannys. I just had a duh senior moment.

I know you lose some initial power with traction control on when the wheels start to spin....but I believe you lose more time if you are just spinning your tires through first and probably second gear. You definately want traction control off when doing a burnout.

good work gator. with the 3.73's, you may be able to launch in second and just ride the clutch. that may cure your tire slipage.
nevertheless, great work.... BTW, what is an EVO stage 2?
