Default hydro's Shelby Readout

This is a Std readout I did not get a SAE reading.
93 Octane Pump Gas.
Will update soon with a higher reading as more updates have been performed.hydro

Hi Herman, Nice numbers. Most guys like sae. Next time have your dyno guy print you out both. He can still do it for that run as well. There was 16hp difference on my Whipple run between sae & std. I posted both.

I own a dynojet I know some prefer SAE number some prefer STD either is a standard correction. Both are correct and valid standards for correction. SAE corrects to a lower barometer 29.29 (STD correct to 29.72 if I remember correctly) There is also a temp and humidity level they both use to correct to.
The difference between the two equates to .02 percent
So if you wanted to calculate a STD number to a SAE number just take 2 percent off RWHP number.
If you want to convert to engine HP using a STD correction times the rwhp by 1.13 if using SAE numbers times rwhp by 1.15 for flywheel HP

i was wondering if there was an actual exact %. my runs have varied from 2.5%-2.8%.
