i have a 2.3L dyno comparison thread over at ts and i know some of you are pushing 700+ on the TVS 2.3L. please post up your SAE sheets along with mods/fuel so i can get you added in. i'll post up the file here shortly.

My sig has my numbers for the Evo Stage III, which I've had for the past year. Evo is now putting on the 2.9 Whipple, plus AR long tube headers with race cat x-pipe. So I'll be updating the numbers next week.

thanks for sharing but i'm compiling dyno runs of gt500's running a tvs. still interested in seeing your numbers when you get the 2.9l on. hope you post up your sheets so we can all share in your excitement.

thats just the boost curve...see the numbers at the bottom of the sheet..15lbs. first time on a mustang dyno, no familiar with it either. will be doing my normal local dyno, once JL and i can hook up and dial her in. Numbers will be higher for sure..but may wait till the L&M components are out...

and yes..no 10% lower...

Yes.....I wouldn't think the TB and H-pipe would make that much difference. The thinking there was the CJ TB was a restriction compared to the mono blade.

I don't know this for sure, but I was told that the rear gearing would make a difference also in that it affects torque and horsepower is determined by torque. I have the 3.73' and if I remember right, you have the stock 3.31 gears. Maybe George or Blackshelby can confirm.

I was very fortunate in that Jon was at EVO when we dynoed mine. He did (4) that day and said he did (25) in the 5 days prior.

The monoBlade is worth 15rwhp over the CJ TB

Yes on some dynos a higher gear ratio will show a higher HP# than a lower geared car would. I believe it is in the way the numbers are calculated by the dyno computer. ( the engine however is not actually making any more or less HP)
