Just some info if comparing numbers dyno to dyno car to car.
I own my own dyno and have used both types of dyno's.( mustang and dynojet's.) If you are testing mods on the same dyno it doesn't really matter which one you use..Either dyno is a great tuning tool. Both dyno's are great tools to measure improvements. If comparing one car to another on different dyno's, if you are not comparing it from a dynojet to dynojet I would not compare them at all. (the numbers will be all over the place) Dynojets have hard set corrections factors and all dyno parameters are hard set . Mustang dyno's do not have them hard set. I never seen a dynojet vary more then 1 percent from one to another. I can not say that about a Mustang dyno.

True Jim...all of my dyno sessions have been on a dynojet except the most recent after header/tb install at Evo..you know they use the other. Will be setting up with my normal local guy i use to see the diff along with dialing in with JL..

I plan on having mine dyno'ed when I'm able to do the mods I want. I want to do it in sections all on the same day. Stock TVS w/ EVO tune, TB, Plenum and 2.6 upper all on the same day, same dyno hopefully. Now I just have to get some money to get it all done.

I know two other 700 plus TVS cars HYDRO who is close to the 750rwhp mark we need to get it on my dynojet so we can post his numbers for comparisons his last pulls after some added work yielded big numbers but was on a mustang dyno so I want to get in back on the dynojet to be valid. SVTbird also broke the 700hp mark. We will have them all on my dyno again soon I will bring printer from my house and print them out. Since I don't use the dyno much anymore expect for my own car(and some friends) I don't have a printer hooked up to the dyno anymore.
