Actually, I've started asking her about a vehicle to replace the Tahoe. We usually start looking 2-3 years before we actually buy something. I'm liking the new Expedition XL. She likes her Tahoe, but really would like to go back to the Suburban. Problem is, she doesn't like the new body style of the new Suburban.

Then she would love the Expedition. I loved the ride, handling and power but I hated the gas mileage.

I'm hoping to get her to look at the Expedition when the time comes. They didn't really appeal to her in '04. She's getting 14-15 mpg around town & 17+ on the highway. She's got the Z71 with the 5.3 & 4WD. We didn't buy it for the mileage.

I find this thread interesting.

I use wax paper in the woodshop a lot. It's great for gluing things, as glue won't stick to it. So glue won't stick to wax, but wax will stick to plastic. that just doesn't seem right.

I sprayed it with the Dri Wash Leather & Vinyl cleaner & scrubbed it with a brush, wiped everything off & then cleaned the plastic with Simple Green.

I thought he said wax on, Dry Clean on, brush on, water on, Simple Green on, wax off.

It's definitely easier if there's no 'wax on' to begin with. Then the remaining steps are unnecessary.
