i know most of you people are very fortunate to not have bugs the size of VW"S buy here in kansas bugs and their remains are a serious friggin pain, and to remove all remains and stains is almost not going to happen here.
so has anybody came up with something that will get the majority??
whenever i wash the car it make me mad to see the crap on the front bumper and hood

I ran over a squirrel last week with the Lightning...sorry it was an accident he was trying to avoid the car coming torwards me and ran directly under my left front tire. Never knew what hit him. RIP

+1 and Dri Wash Ultra Ion works as well.

In Minnesota we unfortunately have found it necessary to do this right after a cruise which is a real PITA,but you can't go 20 miles without covering the entire front end with smiling dead bugs!

I offed a Canada goose the other night. Really. We were coming back from leaving a car at the airport for our return flight from Vegas and driving along the highway when a pair took flight and started real low across the highway. We were going about 60 and they went right in front of the truck. One wing clipped the hood and it hit the windshield and over the back of the truck. I looked in the rear view mirror and I think another car hit it too. Too bad because they mate for life.

The key is to make sure they don't stick. I use liberal applications of Turtle Wax Ice on the front fascia and splitter. Then they wash off real easy with soap and water and spray detailer to follow up.

I always check the bug forecast on the Bug Channel & if there is even the slightest chance of large bugs, I don't even think about going out.:sHa_dielaughing2:

I would be looking over your shoulder for a while. Those squirrels up there have cousins and cousins and cousins. They live by the code of the hills. Looking under your car at a distance is good, they like to bite your ankles before you get in.:mafia20smile:

I've also seen folks cover the front fascia with blue painters tape. I still had bug goo part way up the hood but it was easy to clean off.
