Gotta figure out what i'm giving up for lent.

Drove out of my parking spot this morning in the truck and the snow was 10-12" deep. Then drove out to get to the highway and the highway had 2" on it and I was the only one on the road for about 10 miles. I drive about 40 miles each way to work and back. The dodge is a beast with the Nitto Terra Grappler tires and 250lb in the bed.

It's been a tough week (Month) for me as well...

There was at least a 1/2" of ice on my driveway & on my car. I went out to scrape it off & couldn't get any traction to push the scraper. I took my wife's truck instead, so she was stuck at home today with 4 kids. By the time I got home she had the driveway cleared by the kids & she cleaned off my car. What a gal!

Real tough day for me. Had my retirement luncheon at 11:30, then went to the office and cleaned out my desk.

All downhill from here.

Get my DD214 tomorrow and my retirement ceremony is Friday
