No the only thing done to it is the window tint and that can be removed I was told when I had it installed if the new owner doesn't like it...

Car is for sale again...The buyer drug their feet for almost a week on getting me the payment and the day the money was supposed to be in my account they called and said they bought a roush 427 from a local dealer instead but supposedly are going to make one of my car payments for wasting a week of my time thinking the car was sold...I'm not holding my breathe though...If they do I only need 56 more deals like that and the cars payed for and I'll keep it then...I'll give more details later

I hate it when people do this to other people. Why jack someone around if you aren't serious. I would give the buyer 72 hours to cough up the dough and still keep it on the market. The first one with the money gets it. Plain and simple.

Alright...Here's my story...My wife found out she is pregnant with our second child about 3 or 4 weeks ago...I decided to sell my shelby mustang to get out from under the payment especially since we won't be able to fit all 4 of us in that car because noone can set behind me when I'm in there...Anyway I thought I had it sold to a couple in south carolina...Supposedly Doug Gray the lead singer of the marshall tucker band and his wife were going to buy the car for their 18 year old son for his birthday the son new about it and was excited...They drug their feet on getting me the payment supposedly sending the money order fedex and we didn't receive it...Then the wed. they went to their bank and was gonna make the deposit into my account(I didn't give them my info they can make a deposit into your account with just a name and address)...She was supposed to call thursday morning and let me know when the money had been sent so I could check my account and pay the car off to complete the sale...She called and told me we had a situation and that her son had found a roush 427 at a dealership and they were going to try and trade in a nissan 350z they had but if they couldn't work a deal they would call me back...I'm pissed at this point but don't want to ruin the sale...They call back and say they bought the roush so they wouldn't be buying my car but that they would still deposit 1 month car payment for holding me up a week on the sale of my car...I'm not holding my breathe on that promise as she is supposed to call when the money is there to make a raw deal easier to swallow but they have changed their story everyday now for the last week...I was gonna drive the car down they were gonna fly me home,they were gonna fly in pick the car up,they were gonna send a truck to pick the car up and have it delivered...The money was supposed to be here monday,then tuesday,then wensday and thursday morrning...Anyway I still have both cars now and my weekend got free now so I'm going to try and make the ST.JOE show sunday may 17th at the city park downtown with both cars if anyone else is planning on going...Oh and the mustang is for sale again on craigslist,ebay and probably have a for sale sign it at the show...I'd like to go off on them on the phone but I'm trying to hold back and still have a small glimmer of hope they might follow through with one of their promises and send me the months car payment...I talked to them everyday sometimes 3 or 4 times a day making plans and arrangements...I wasted a lot of time and effort on a sale that never happened...Maybe I need to make that trip to south carolina anyway

No need to travel and cause more expense. Just let the family in that area take care of business for you. That's what we are here for anyway. Sorry the sale didn't go through. There are alot of places that you can display your car for sale at including the car shows. That might be your best advertisement anyway. The Marshall Tucker Band? Are you sure that was him?

That's what she said but as time goes by with no call about the money she was supposed to deposit I'm beginning to wonder...After supposedly sending money a couple of times through fedex and we didn't receive it she asked for my bank account number so she could just wire transfer the money into my account...I came back with a way for them to get me the money but didn't have to give them my account # then the next day the deal fell through... If this was a scam I can definatly see how people could be tricked into this cause she sounded incredibly believable on the phone calling 3-4 times a day and telling us stories about their family and where Doug was playing this weekend and we checked the Marshall Tucker band website and that is his name and he is playing in mertyl beach this weekend as she said...She made seperate calls not about money but just to keep me updated with what was going on with the car transfer and sent my e-mail reservations for my plane ticket and hotel before cancelling as they were going to come and get it instead...If she doesn't deposit the car payment like she said she would I think tomorrow I will make a call to the police and find out who I need to talk to about internet fraud case and see if there is anything I can do...All I have is the name she gave me and several phone #'s from wich she has called me on...Supposedly house,office,and cell phone...I did talk to a guy once but the rest of the time dealt with this lady...She sounded older and totally legit but now I'm beginning to wonder...I never give out info on the phone but she was very believable if this was a fraud attempt...
