Yeah, I just got the quote from the dealership. $171 a tire and about $100 for alignment, mounting and balancing or $500 total. So yeah it probably makes more sense to just do that instead 0f $1200+ for your set up. Sorry about that but thank you and good luck with the sale.

Yes, I am actually quite nervous to drive my car right now so it's probably better I get tires on it now. I'm probably going to drop the coin and get all the suspension stuff I need to do it right. I really do appreciate the help and hope I didn't cause you any undue work.

Just picked up a set here locally for 700......they have 1500 miles on them, but look brand new. I discovered I had an alignment issue that has worn my fronts on the inside edges, so I reached critical on having to replace those. Good thing is, I wanted to get a set of stockers to get powdercoated black, so now I have them.......plus I'll have a spare set of rears to have some fun with. Figured 800 for the wheels/tires/alignment vs. 500 for just 2 new tires was a good deal. It certainly pays off to have a Super Snake factory nearby.

yeah, garage is a mess.........finishing my fence project with a 9x5 lean-to which will house the lawnmower, spreader and all my yard tools. That should open some space up. Hopefully the new wheels will be temporary (i.e. I'll like the powdercoating and will be able to sell a set after that's all done). If not, I'll find a home for em.
