How is BVM's customer service and shipping?

I was thinking about ordering from them - but I'm a bit worried about the stuff showing up beat up - I live in NY so the shipping distance is pretty good - I don't want the boxes showing up hammered.

Many of the item are dropped shipped from the manufacturer, I have not had any issues whatsoever and have ordered a few things.

We have never had an issue with damaged items. Depending on what you purchase, we have warehouses in Fla. and Mn., not to mention some items are shipped from NY.

I have an office in NY and will be ordering my next collection of bits from them and there's really is no excuse not to as they will match prices.

I would order from on one else. Matter of fact, before you buy, ask if they can get it. Most times they can, and provide a better price. All my stuff come from BVM, and will!

I placed my first order last Friday March 27th 2009. Got the KR Mufflers coming. I could of ordered the same mufflers from BOI for the same price with 2 day shipping but I wanted to put some money into supporting this site.

My order has been placed but there seems to be some sort of hang up getting an order confirmation with a shipping tracking number. Joe G has tried to help track it down, but only Max has access to the orders from what I understand.

I would like to make a suggestion that BVM Performance give full permissions to another BVM performance representive to be able to access order information. This would help man the store when Max is gone for extended periods of time and provide order confirmations to customers.

Wow.....certainly sorry that you're having difficulty getting any answers. I ordered the Dri-wash products. They must have been an in-house item. I find it difficult to believe that that much time has passed without a confirmation or an update.

Dissapointing to say the least. Can you cancel and re-order from BOI? It's my understanding that several members have had their mufflers delivered promptly.
