Default How is BVM's customer service and shipping?

I was thinking about ordering from them - but I'm a bit worried about the stuff showing up beat up - I live in NY so the shipping distance is pretty good - I don't want the boxes showing up hammered.

Many of the item are dropped shipped from the manufacturer, I have not had any issues whatsoever and have ordered a few things.

We have never had an issue with damaged items. Depending on what you purchase, we have warehouses in Fla. and Mn., not to mention some items are shipped from NY.

Wow.....certainly sorry that you're having difficulty getting any answers. I ordered the Dri-wash products. They must have been an in-house item. I find it difficult to believe that that much time has passed without a confirmation or an update.

Dissapointing to say the least. Can you cancel and re-order from BOI? It's my understanding that several members have had their mufflers delivered promptly.
