I ordered my FRPP CAI and VMP tune from the BVM store on Monday. It shipped today (Thursday). That's pretty darn good service if you ask me, especially considering the tuner had to be programmed to my specs before it was shipped.

No worries. I make decisions at a glacial pace anyway. It took me almost 8 months to get my CAI installed and the shifter I bought with it is still in the trunck.

I ordered the KR shifter from the BVM store on Friday and had it in my clutches (pun totally intended) on Tuesday, well in time for my TSB mechanic to have it installed. Came packaged well and timely. THANKS BVM!!!!

While this isn't the best way to do things we are still growing and un able to carry a large inventoy so Let's tell the full story - I have communicated through out that there would be a delay and you said you would be OK waiting for us to get the 3XL size in.

It's not ideal I agree but it's also not radio silence. Apologies for the waiting, it sucks. We're trying to get to where we can order another round asap and catch everyone up.

I guess your point is valid though...apparel orders are taking longer than they should right now.....not much I can say to defent that other than we are trying to have a count on what is in stock so going forward we will know what can ship now and what has to wait..We are sorry about this.

I wanted to resurrect this thread to give some kuddo's to JoeG and Iceman. I have ordered what I consider to be alot of parts over the course of the last few months in anticipation of a good size upgrade to my car. Most everything went very smooth with fast shipping.

When there was an issue, Joe has been great with all of the stuff that I have ordered that had some sort of issue or delay. His communication and problem solving when issues arose that were out of his hands has been top notch! He has taken care of me with great customer service and some of the best communication from a vendor that I have ever seen.

I will not hesitate to order items in the future from this site.
