Actually, the American cars have better for some time. Especially Ford according to a number of JD Power surveys I have seen.

We all knew that but most of the media didn't know that or at least want to reconize that fact. Maybe the media is starting to have a soft heart for the American auto companies and they are trying to repair the damage they have imposed on them.
