Southwest Airlines should be on this list as well. Our friend works their and:
a). they refuse to layoff anyone in this market b). they decorate (and I mean DECORATE..........movie set style) their offices for the major holidays. For halloween, her department was setup like Indiana Jones.............the rock chasing after the coal mining cart scene. I mean, they designed and put up shaped foam walls, brought in a realistic coal mining cart, etc. c). they have the BEST deck parties. And no, we're not talking about an elevated wooden structure here............the one I went to a year ago, they cleared out the hanger closest to the offices, brought in a band and several hundred kegs, food, etc.............all for free for employees, who each got to bring a guest. Everyone had to bring a canned food item to donate. d). buddy passes
