Makes you wonder what's real in the announcement - since they say it's the alloy 5.4 from the GT500 (lol) and Sean Hyland "manufactured" it (lol), and the chassis had to be modified because the enigne is 700lb (lol). There's something a little wrong with each of those statements and that's right from the press release! Makes you wonder if it really makes 1000HP, or if that's not just more misinformation -- not that it'd matter if only 875 or so ...in a 2000lb SC!

1000hp engine and exhaust thats good for around 400hp.

yeah, that makes a lot of sense...

Its so restrictive that on a 500hp engine that I build different exhaust for we gained 5" of vacuum and 400rpm a idle with just the better exhaust. Not to mention 150hp more too.
