Winding Road's ZR1 review... interesting take...
The first mag I've seen to call the ZR1 a corvette true to it's heritage and not talk 'supercar' as the main focus. I find Winding Road an excellent e-zine ...they seem to cut thru the BS and manage to review cars in an appropriate context -- from ZR1 to KR to MX5 Miata... they seem to hit the mark for me. more...

very good read - despite not likeing the Vette's as a general rule on principal that is one awsome car! I wonder if they make them big enough for my thighs to fit between the seat and the steering wheel yet....that was my biggest complaint when I looked at the vette before the gt500
|

I'm not 'vette fan either but 638HP always gets my attention too, especially with a TVS ;-) I'm not a fan of 'vette styling (guppy looking up from the bottom of the pond) tho I like the ZR1's looks better -- except for that small hood-nostril (wtf?) and gawd-awfull engine window that makes it look kit-car to me (just needs blue LEDs surrrounding it to be completely tasteless).

me either - but it is still a great car for those that can fit comfortably in it. I rode in a ferrari th other day and while I fit it was not something I would want to be in across the country. It shure did handle good....but it's got nothing near the straight line power of my ordinary Ford
