Where's Badboy # 3

I can't tell for sure yet - my initial thoughts are:

1. Richmond, VA area based on the leaves not being changes yet and the structure/construction style of the bridge.

2. THe bridge looks similar to some in PA/West VA cross over to OH but I think the leaves would be changing there and it does not look indusrial enough so I rule this one out.

3. Cinci/N. KY area but again the trees not changing make me think it is not correct.

My initial guess is Richmond, VA on 13???

The fact that the tree has not changed color yet would put it in the south. I would say probably georgia outside of atlanta maybe even around Macon. Could be northern Fla. But I'll guess georgia

Baltimore, MD.

MD was undecided about who they were going to side with, so the Delegates were voting on the issue in Annapolis. President Lincoln did not want Washington, D.C. to be completely surrounded by Confederate states, so he ordered the military to the Capitol building in Annapolis & made sure the vote didn't happen. He may have arrested the Delegates, not sure on that one.
