my friend has it, and we play all the time. im a master at bowling..highest game...276. TOP THAT! Though, i do have an advantage..i bowled professionally for 5 years..haha.

did you know that on the basic games that comes with it (like bowling), you can change the faces of the players to match family members..we did..its awesome.

Cool. What type of ball you throw? I bought a Rhino a few years ago and my average went from 191 to 208 in league play. still no 300 game...279 is my highest.

My knees are not in good shape...so I've given up league play.

i have a Rhino also. Great ball. my highest ever was a 299. i was pissed. after each throw, i never turned and looked at the crowd..just backed up and sat. after the 2nd throw in the tenth, i made that mistake....freakin cost me one pin...

I think you are talking about the MII's? If you are then yes we all did that here........Kind of looks like us.......You can put them in the Mii parade and plaza to "mingle with other MII's

umm...I already did....see post #35....bowled a 300.....for the record the only bowling I was able to do well besides wii was duck pin bowling when I was a kid....other than that my bowling skill in real world is well....embarassing...

In other games like Guitar Hero World Tour you can use your customized Miis in the game.

I think my highest game in bowling on Wii has been about a 150..Badboy Jr on the other hand, highest game to date is like a 260..........Not bad fora 7 yr old!

I was a bowling machine before I joined the Army. I beat Dick Weber in a Pro-AM when I was 15. The last year before I enlisted, I bowled 5 nights a week and a total of 7 leagues. Best game is 289 and best series is 756. Average was 208 back in 1989. I also placed 33rd in a National Ametuer Tourney in Vegas when I was 22.

I may take up bowling again when I get to Arizona.

So far I haven't hit 200 yet on WII. I set up MII's for the entire family. That was funny.

we like bowling too. My best in real life is a 253 but it was when I was in a father son league with my dad and I was in about 8th grade. I never was that good consistently. I think a 160-170 average but now I doubt I could do that in real life. I do have the house record of 274 on Wii and kelly's best is at about 246. She had the record for a while and rubbed it in - made me crazy. We make bets on it and play with the neighbors etc.

Golf is kinda fun too once you figure out how to do it.

My son used to kick my butt at boxing too until I realized that you DO NOT need to do the full boxing punch. You just need to quickly flick your wrist like your beating a drum. I own him in boxing now, but nothing else. Tennis is our favorite game. In addition to paying attention to the TV, we have to worry about getting smacked by someone else's forehand or backhand.

My family has had about 4 long nights of Guitar Hero since Xmas. We had some people over for new years and we played it for 6 hours. Steph went out and purchased World Tour so we could get more songs. If you get it use the cheat codes to unlock all the songs in the game!

Yeah we "wii" it up all the time.

drunken wii bowling is where its at...

the rules:

Other player picks up a spare, you drink one.
Other player picks up a strike, you drink two.
If you leave any pins up at the end of a frame, you drink the amount of pins left.
If you fail to make a strike in the game, you drink five.
If a turkey is made, Player gobbles like a turkey, failing to do so results in three drinks.
If you/other player picks up a split, drink five.
if you throw the ball behind you(resulting in background crowd jumping) you drink ten.

fairly simple, yet can get complicated the more you play, lol.

My high is 246. My girls high is 243. But when we found drunken wii bowling, scores are starting to go down a little bit...

guitar hero is really fun as well. (ahh fulfilling pipedream fantasies on a video game... how lame am I?)
