Thanks all for your support on this one. It means a lot to me personally and I know it would for LaMonte too. Here is the latest on his funeral plans from Mickey:


thanks Guys, Looking like funeral will be thursday the 6th, he will then be taken to Jefferson barraks cemetary for bural, he will have a shelby procession for sure!! I will take his car and have sue and kids if she wants for last cruise with him before saying goodbye for now . I will bring his car to Herman, I'm also working on funding our trip to vegas and will toast with you guys to Lamonte in January!! I'm really gonna miss em!!!!!!!!!!!!! later mickey

hello, spent part of the day with sue and family they are doing ok but need alot of funds Lamonte did not have life insurance and the funeral parlor needed a deposit today for funeral, they are working on that. Looks like Serenity Funeral home in Belleville Il. their address is

the wake will be from 10-12 am and the funeral will start at 12 sharp and then procede to Jefferson Barraks national Cemetary in Mo. for bural, their phone number is 618 233-6000

I was able to secure Lamonte car through my dad today so his memory will be around for along time.
Please make a donation for the family it doesn't matter how much even 5.00 without going in to detail the next few months will be needed, Thanks Mickey

god bless LSR. Didn't get a chance to know him at all, but based on how he has touched everyone here............I know I'm in the right family. Thank you all for being amazing people. I am so proud to be associated with such a great group of people.........I feel humbled and am looking forward to the future with such great friends.
