I am speeechless right now..I am literally without speech... I truly want to thank everyone that voted for me, and if you didn't thats ok, I will not hold it against you and send you a special batch of my soup
as far as my acceptance speech, here we go...It all started when I was a wee lil dishwasher....I would watch my dad drive his 1968 Shelby gt350 to pick me up..I knew as I sat in that beast that I would one day have that car and be a chef...later in life I was messing around on my Commodore VIC 20 home computer and I knew then that I would want to incorporate all of this into my life somehow...to think that I could be recognized for doing what I love all on one site...cooking, Talking Shelby's and post whoring on a computer....WOW...that is awesome..to think my journey here started a little over a month ago...I was introduced here by VAPORDUDE....(THANKS< YOU WERE RIGHT) then came madmax, TOMMY GUN and CO PILOT (who has to be the most patient women in the world and most understanding) John W, Joe G, Alloy Dave, Johnny D, THE BAD FAMILY, Black Vert SS, HSURB, CARNUT, BIRDMAN and the list goes on, I am sincerely sorry if I left you out...but youa re still greatly appreciated...first I came in as a and pushed the envelope and said, hey can we have a chef section after a good suggestion by ALLOY DAVE...so I ask..and guess what this great site provided...I mean c'mon...what busines does a chef section have in a car site...thats when I realized this is not your every day normal family ...I then respectfully requested admission to the family, you all accepted and approved me...I have had and will continue to have fun here as well as learn some new stuff...I mean I was advised not to trust the spell check when typing crouton, RIGHT TG?? then I was quickly graduated upward to the short TG list...WOW...then came the support from the JD shoe company for my daughters Boyfriend...thats when I knew I was in and IN DEEP..Then for Alloy Dave to nominate me and so many others to second and third it then to be voted for by 8 out of 16 .:hey: so who are those other 8 that did not vote for me .Now this is just the crème de la crème...to be bestowed this honor. this is the pièce de résistance..for that I thank you all...now I need to get back to cooking up our celebration meal....THANKS... ...to end this I will leave with a couple of quotes
