nice collection Joe G;

on some cold winter day I will take some photos of mine; but the collection fills 3 shoe boxes so it will take a while I'm afraid., For a while last winter the mom's at toys r us probably thought I was some type of old guy stalker......

I heard that a certain someone taped their room key to the bottom of that kr box., are you saying you never found it, or that you aren't gonna own up to it???......

Hmmm.... I never saw that key.

Although, 68fastback asked me to trade cars right after we got them.

I have most of the same but have not seen the grabber blue or the matchbox yet - I'll be at target and kroger looking on Sunday before the steelers game

I did get a couple of the white w/blue stripes hot wheels though - I have to buy 2 of everything because Kyle wants to open them and play with them and I want to save one. He's still on me about the old signed GT350 we won at the first Shelbyfast that I refuse to open.

Mine are in the basement along with my plate collection (I finally got all 50 US State and all Canada providences & the Bahamas, Nassau). I have the magazine my car was in and some old black and white pics of my Dad's 69 XKE Jag and My Mom's 67 Camaro along with my grand father in an old drag car.....My mome gave me the pictures for Christmas last year. I have some pics someplace I'll try to dig up. I'm hoping for a nice case to display it all in some time (come on Santa).

I made it to Target and found one matchbox of the red vert GT500 and about 7 of the nasty grabber blue with orange stripes GT500's with the wrong heels for some reason. I bought 2 of them (one for Kyle to destroy and one for my collection). I also found a small white with blue stripes big time muscle version like the red one you have here and I have in the basement.

I don't have any of the bigger ones...well I guess I do the GT350 from Shelby fest and a grabber Orange that my parents got me for X-mas but they are not what I am collocting....Kyle has some of the remote control ones and a black & Tungsten coupe in the big size but it's a mess now. He sleeps with it and eats with it etc.

The Costco we go to has 1:18 scale die cast cars of seveal makes & models. I didn't see any Mustangs, but they had some older one, Chevelles & an old Challenger or Charger. They probably had a couple hundred cars going for about $12.

we had the Shelby brand ones at menards about 2 yrs ago here - I didn't get one though.

Iceman - I got some at Menards too. I was hoping for black GT500 ones to show up, so I gave away the few other color ones to friends who had that color. Now they don't have any more and I never did get a black one.
