This should clear up censored partial words...

If you type 'dog', all words containing the string 'dog' would be censored (dogma, for instance, would appear as '***ma'). To censor more accurately, you can require that censors occur only for exact words. You can do this by placing a censor word in curly braces, as in {dog}. Signifying 'dog' in the curly braces would mean that dogma would appear as dogma, but dog would appear as '***'. Thus your censor list may appear as: cat {dog} {barn} barn

I was shoved by women (as most of the early shoppers seems to be women) all morning. It's like they left their manners at home and turned into savages.

I only had one place to go before 10am. There was a funiture store that was having 20% off on everything before 10am. I was able to get my wife her new entertainment center for her birthday today and saved almost 600 bucks. Got it with tax and a 5 year warrant for less then the retail price. Best thing was no lines and not alot of people.

Now it's home theater shopping for me today!

We went shopping in Denver on black friday...it was a non-event except that I got to eat at an "Asian Fusion" restaurant whatever the "fusion" part means.

This was the first time in *many* years that I ventured out into the stupidity as I'll be doing much of the shopping this year. If it wasn't for some of the awesome deals out there I wouldn't have gone.


Here's my report:
- Target - decent deals on a few games I was looking for; best customer service, hands down - I was asked if I needed help by a new worker every few minutes it seemed; unfortunately they were out of a few key items a hour after they opened.

- Walmart - horrible customer service, even at the newer store near me that usually is close to Target in service levels; very good deals - too bad I didn't need a HDTV as they had some killer deals; ran out of a few key items forcing me to go to another store down the road to find the stuff.

- Best Buy - decent service; good deals on a lot of different products; like the rest, ran out of key items quickly.

- Circuit City - no one cared at that store - the worst service of them all; out of a lot of stuff; ok deals, but nothing overly special.
