Well here's the last thing I got from you installed. My mech had the same thought.....don't put them on with worn pads, but he said he'd take a peek at them. He actually called and asked me if i use my brakes. I guess I have lots of life left on them......so on they went. I'll still get the Porterfields and have the pads installed sometime soon. Thanks for the rotors TG.....

Can I do an impression of Cartman instead? I think it would be easier.

Just picked up the monkeymobile. So happy to have her back (the Hyundai Sonata was just not cutting it). Quick thoughts from my quick (2 mile) drive from the dealer to my office:
1). clutch is much easier to depress than before 2). LOVE the KR shifter. Wish I had the FRPP shifter handle/knob, but the black one is on back order from the factory apparantly, so I'll have to stick with the stock for now. I don't know how best to describe it. It feels tighter. Definitely noticable shorter throws, feel much more confident hitting gears right on. 3). LOVE the look of the crossdrilled/slotted rotors........looks like it was meant to look. Pedal feels more firm, but given that they're the same pads, I'm going to chalk this up to the loosey goosey brakes on the Hyundai rental. 4). No noises other than the clunk when I found out that they stacked up my stock rotors in the trunk
