How could the auction be live if it is on E-Bay? I also think people will shy away since there is no feedback for them. I don't think it is going to sell if there are no bids yet.

There was never any large increases in the bids. They were mostly $1,000 increases.

I looked at the bidding history. Clicked on automatic bids.

The winning bidder had automatic bids of 100 dollar increases. New bidder with no history. Automatic bidding will go up to a preset limit as I understand it.

My guess is "ol shel" had a schill bidder and the real amount they wanted was never obtained.

What a rip off.

In the context of what these limited and first of....etc. Shelby's have sold for of late, I thought it was low.

When the first 07 GT500 goes for 600 Grand and 2 million for the Cobra SuperSnake and other ridiculous prices for the fist KRs and stuff, I thought it was low.

I'm with you I wouldn't pay more than 70K for this thing, which is probably around what it would cost to build it.
