C&R Racing Anodized Supercharger Reservoir and Engine Coolant Overflow Tanks

I let the cat out of the bag on T.S. so I figured I would let it out over here too. I have developed aluminum reservoir tanks for the GT500 both Engine Coolant Overflow and Supercharger Reservoir. They are similar to the other products in capacity and appearance.

The biggest difference is that we are using welding material that allows for the tanks to be completely anodized to the color of your choosing.

Pricing for the tanks as bare aluminum is in line with other products however the anodizing is an additional charge.

Post up if you have an interest. Seems like a lot of interest thus far on the "other site"

If I ever upgrade mine I personally don't like the blingy ones, I would want it to stay black.

This would be way down the road for me.

would they be adaptable to continue using Lethals Caps, since their application is identical to the stock caps.

The stock cap is intended for the Engine Coolant Overflow tank so yes.

The supercharger reservoir has a fuel style cap as you have probably seen. Doesn't utilize the stock cap.

Intercooler tank looks good.

I have seen some that the inlet side of the tank isn't 'deep' enough.

Meaning...as you take a hard left in the car the inlet can become uncovered and let air into the pump. Not a good thing.

Your inlet side looks nice and deep so that the fluid will always cover the inlet.

Some have expressed the desire to retain the factory style screw down cap for the Supercharger reservoir versus the Fuel cell style cap as shown in the post. Reason being: Dress Up Caps i.e., Shelby, Lethal etc.

I will hopefully be getting some pics next week of some anodized tanks and then I will post them up for all to see.

more angles to work with, plus if you want to retain the stock cap fitment, it has to be cut down and re-targeted. (SC tank)
