the foam plugs for the bezels are a nice tight fit, you should get them already in the bezels. So your using the FRPP heat shield with the JLT intake..hmmm..you may have to modify the shield by cutting a downward loop..depends on clearance..something you'll have to gage while test fitting. the JLT going on is pretty straight forward. When positioning the tube between the strut bar and coil cover..just hold it giving your self enough clearance from both, then tighten the TB clamp. Normally you want the TB rubber hose to sit at an angle (top slightly forward) while the bottom is back. But i beleive Jay modified the cf tube to prevent having to do this anymore. the new tube should have an angled end (tb side) so the hose goes straight on the tb.
what was the other questions....oh...the grill is a PITA, but for some, have had luck. the holding tabs where a bit of a challenge. didnt want to break them. i did mine installed.

Chef, most holesaw arbor's have a 1/2" shank so you will need a right angle drill with a 1/2" chuck (& a 6" extention). ( It's been a long time but I believe you will need a 2-1/4" hole saw maybe MC can confirm this)

Chef..i got what you need..want me to ship it to you...but yes..2-1/4 hole saw, and pretty much any right angle adapter...
and yes...the bottom will start to cut and pretrude first..but keep it straight until you are completely thru.

So I have to ask, is all this work, plus then worrying about plugs for rain, worth a 1-2 Degree drop in temp? I have the FRPP CAI, and just wonder, other than the looks, will this REALLY make a difference? Or is this more of a cosmetic mod?
