maybe dan or birdy could chime in on this? I'm not exactly sure how it works or if there are any negatives to this. Would seem to be a great option down here in TX heat.

I don't know if it is something that you have to have on constantly or you can use it when you need it. Seems like it would take a toll on the a/c.

I would think for road racing you'd be better off with the RevanRacing/Shelby/C&R super-duper dual-pass dual-fan HE.

A compressor-approach seems good for drag racing (stored thermals, compressor off) but for constant-use steady-state the Dactyl's super-HE seems like a much better approach since it's just 'stealing' air and no additional crankHP to run it -- i.e. a no-overhead continuous solution.

In the next few weeks I am going to upgrade the heat exchanger but I am not sure if I want to use the AFCO or the one from Revan Racing. Any input you guys have is greatly appreciated.
