Well... sorry for the little delay in posting my install impressions, but have been out of town a few days. The BBK TB arrived just 2 days after placing the order on the site mentioned previously. Well machined part, correct BBK number (#1764), and was invoiced at the price I mentioned above, with free shipping. Still can't believe the price.
No problem with removing the stock TB. Relatively simple straight forward process. DO REMEMBER to take a voltage reading BEFORE you remove the original TB. Mine register 1.527. The biggest issue encountered was removing the TPS and motor drive from the original TB. Those torque head screws had enough lock-tite on them where a simple hand driver would not budge them. Thankfully I had a 1/4 drive socket fitting that removed them without issue. Installing the stock TPS and motor drive on the BBK was without issue. Install on the S/C intake was no issue except that the supplied upper allen head screws are longer than needed, and had to shorten them about a quarter inch to prevent contact with the S/C casing. A quick voltage check showed the BBK voltage to be 1.688. Following the procedure descibed on the BBK web-site, adjusted the voltage to match-up with the earlier stock voltage setting. On the BBK site, it states that once the correct voltage is dialed in, you should be able to retension the motor drive spring without removing the TB. Not the case with our cars, as the S/C positions that part of the TB to far towards the firewall, making it impossible (at least for me), to perform that task without removing the TB. That accomplished, it was back on the car, JTL intake back on, and shock tower brace reinstalled, and time for a test drive. Definately an improvement in off-idle throttle response, and according to my "seat-of -the -pants" dyno, an improvement throughout the power band, if only just slightly. Idles slightly above the stock unit, and probably can be adjusted by tweeking the voltage setting a bit. But nothing I can't live with. Well worth what I spent, and a project you could do in about 2 hours.

I haven't heard back yet but I also haven't recieved many confirmations form people here or at FordGt500.com on wanting one either. I have to say I am a bit supprised by that.Even at around $300 would still a good deal IMO.
I suspect the deal Krusher got was a mistake by the vendor because it was a fantastic price (probably at "cost") I see that it is still not available anymore from that site.
