Default stage 2 tune question
I got my stage 2 setup from evolution in spring of 2007 (jlt cai and 2.6 pulley)

does anyone know if they have an updated tune that is better than the one I got 1 1/2 years ago, or do I need to just call fred??

I'd go directly to John Lund - he's the one who provided the tune for Evo.

What do you think would have changed?

Mine was probably a little older than yours and when dynoed it was really good. Although we did ADD 2% (may have been 4%) fuel just to put it close to stock A/F ratio.

..just wanting to make sure that I was not missing out on anything.

it runs fine, starts fine, and there are no driveability issues; so just general interest question I guess.

That too.....but I would ask that question as well. There might also be an update for your tuner. I would also check with the manufacturer of the tuner to see if there are any updates and what they were for.

Unless the tune was originally written by Microsoft, my guess is that you'll be ok.
