UPS Delivery!!!! Shelby Gauge Cluster

The UPS guy came today and dropped off a sweet little package. The gauges and pod are from Shelby, the gauges are faced in carbon fiber. I wired the harnesses to the gauges tonight, in the next couple of days i'll do the rest of the install, with pictures.

Sweet. I love my gauges. I change the lights to red and it's easier on my eyes at night on longs drives.

nice Rags...be very careful with the boost line. also, if shelby hasnt adjusted the kit yet, you'll most likely need to add wire and boost tubing to "properly" route/dress up the eng bay. i did a post on it over on TS when i installed. starts at post #6

That sucks the boost gauge doesn't read into vacuum too. I never noticed that before. A lot of em have 30 psi of vac and boost. Oh well. I love the carbon gauges with the Shelby signature. I was going to get them until I found out they weren't for sale with out the center cluster. I prefer the A pillar mount. Looks good. How do the wires/lines come through the dash?

you feed everything down through the vent. there's actually a little slanted hole under the dash area. i fed a heavy gage wire up through it...taped the wires/tubing to it, and pulled it down through. then routed it all and through the big rubber boot down under the driver side dash. there's actually a little nipple attached to the boot that you cut.

it was a PITA...but mainly time consuming, especially running all the wires/tubing under the dash, through the boot, and up into eng bay. once there, it was easy. keeping the tubing from kinking was a challenge.
