Any plastic fabricators here?

Anyone here play with plastic? I need a couple of pieces of black plastic to fill some holes in the rear window of my wagon. The largest one needs to be about 10" wide, 1 3/4" high, 1/4" inch thick, with rounded corners. I can't find a place locally who wants to make a one-off piece, and I don't have the skill or tools to do it. I also need a much smaller version of the above piece. Any thoughts?

Any reason why it has to be plastic. Why not sheet metal, aluminum ?

I wanted to shave the tailgate handle from the wagon, but when I removed the handle, it left 2 large holes in the glass where the handle bolted on. Not only that, but where the handle was, the glass is etched and scarred from many years of the handle vibrating against it. So, I have 3 options:

1) Try to buff out the glass (doubtful)
2) Fabricate a piece to cover up the glass where the handle was. I thought plastic would look the best, since it would match the plastic hinge covers, etc.
3) Leave it as is

The handle doesn't look that bad, and I thought if I could come up with something simple, I would leave it off.

Maybe a body shop can fab something for you. Tell them what you want & see what they say.

Don't know if this would work or not but have you thought about plastic body filler? You can shape it to the way you want it.

Make it out if aluminum, paint it or cover it as you desire.
