I liked that one but with my SGT being lowered and the fact that the GT/CS style front fascia is already lower than the standard mustang GT, I'm worried it wouldn't last long.

Looking at this one, Welcome to Craig's Custom Mustang Brackets

but with my lower billet grille, I've read it may require some cutting to get it to work

Looks good but there are no pics of an installation on a GT500...

I just installed it in front of my lower grille. It's in there pretty snug and probably would never go anywhere but I ran some wire through the top holes of the plate and the top of the lower grille. I'm happy with the result.

Craig's won't work on a GT500. And it's hard to tell from the pics, but it looks like there are rubber bumpers on the backside of the bracket. I'd be worried that they would rub the paint on the bumper.

a couple of 1 inch stick on pads would take care of that

I volunteer! Anyone buying a new Mod should send it to me and I will install it on my car for testing. Return of said Mods, or condition if and when they are returned, is not guaranteed.
