Very true. My Silverhorse one's are great - and no core charge so I could keep my OEM ones.

I used the web-electric brand. Plug n' play. Good product; the harness is much beefier than stock. Also, if you retturn your stock harness , they will refund about $19, I believe.
I opted to remove the sub while doing my install.
