Halibrand style wheels for the GT500

I know that CS Wheels makes a Halibrand style wheel for our cars, but instead of being a true knock off/center lug/vintage pin drive wheel they use lug nuts with a fake spinner. I was considering going with this style wheel but didn't like the modern day lug nut set up. I figure if I am going to use a Halibrand style wheel I would like to convert the car to a true knock off wheel system.

So enter VintageWheel company. I talked with Bob Lacy the other day (who I found through a Cobra site) and he said they are currently in the prototype stages of a Halibrand style wheel for our cars that will fit the Brembo/large brakes. It will also be a true knock off wheel system. Pricing has yet to be determined but they will be a three piece wheel (due to the process to make this style wheel work on our cars). He sent me the picture of the prototype which is a 22" wheel so keep in mind the spinner looks kind of tiny. Once they have finished with the R&D and convert to production the wheels will be available in 18"-22". What do you all think? Here is a couple pictures of the wheel:

Never seen a Halibrand 3 piece wheel with bolts like that and chromed lip. Very modern looking, like the Asanti's that Evo uses.

I agree. I think they would look pretty good and it would be unique to have a true knock off wheel on our cars. I'm curious to see what they look like on a car in size 18".

Don't like the hard to clean bolts.

Don't like how closed in it is, holds in too much heat. IMO
