Cosmetically, the ones I have seen up close all look great, the issue has been some aren't round. One thing the dealer did tell me when I asked about the vert with the Razors because it was there for so long during my entire TSB process, was that Shelby where very good at authorizing a replacement wheel but they took forever to get.

Thanks, I am not going to worry too much about that, I would think wherever I get them they would warranty them if that is the problem. Maybe some of them were dropped or damaged during shipping and the buyer was not aware.

My only problem with the razors is that they're skinny.......and made in china.
I went with Saleen 5spoke wheels.

Took the words right out of my mouth, they are too narrow in my opinion, I would much rather go with a 20x10 in rear which they don't make in a razor I think. Besides that they look good.

I prefer the look of the stock wheels over the Razors but like others have said, love the finish on the Razors. Have you given any thought to picking up a set of take-off stock rims and having them finished/painted to get the gunmetal look?

I like the razors but not the width.
I agree with TG
I'd love to see someone take the stock design and creat a 20"x10"
I think it would look sweet

Default Re: What do you think of this look?

Blkgt500nca, I just sold my 2006 saleen with those rims. They are very nice, but no offense, I just think that they belong on the saleen, not my shelby. And, I do not want to put chrome rims on my car, no chrome anywhere on my car. The rear width does not bother me very much. The difference between a 275 and 285 tire is really not noticeable to the naked eye, and the width sits under the car on the inside anyway. Even from the back it still looks wide, and I am not going to race, so traction is not a concern.

The stock rims do look much better when the car has springs IMHO Boston Mike. I am going to do springs before the wheels anyway, and see if that is the look I like first, but probably am going with the gunmetal razors.

+1 except I'd like a 19" x 11"

To me, the 20" wheels look a bit over the top...they seem to overwhelm the car...especially if it's lowered.

To the OP, love the look of the Razors...just would like them wider.
