This is purely speculation by me, but I wouldn't be surprised if they have a 'parts' car for just this type of issue. Don't know if they could do it or how they would do it, but if he's a big enough dealership with plenty of inventory maybe a 'garage queen' is readily available for parts.

Congrats! I love the CTS. Great look and feel.
For the record, a leaky hose is not always a mechanical failure. Road debris could have caused the puncture. Also, with the economy the way it is, alot of companies are in 'cost saving' mode, meaning that inventory levels are low...especially for low volume parts. Monday is not really that bad.
