Strut Tower Brace???
Is it safe to drive without the strut tower brace?
I want to have the brace painted but I don't want to park the car for a week. If I don't do any hard launches is it safe to drive with out the brace installed?

I think you'll be fine. From what I've read, the S197 platform really doesn't even need a strut tower brace. Unless you're seriously tracking the car, it's pretty much gingerbread.

is it still the stock one?? I have mine still (now have the FRPP one on) and you can definitely use mine if you feel more comfortable. It's got a rub mark on it on the bottom from the CAI, so I don't know if you were planning on having the whole thing painted or just the stripes........let me know, I'll be happy to loan you out mine if you'd like.....it's black.....
