Family membership and unique titles

Welcome to the Stang Mafia. As you begin to surf thru the forums, you will notice that some members have unique titles. There are 2 basic levels of titles here, so hopefully this post will clear up some questions you may have about acquiring special titles.

First, you will need a Lifetime Membership. Then once you have that, you may apply to be a member of the Family. Only Family members are entitled to unique titles. To apply for Family membership, send me a PM with your request. I'll want to know why you want to become a Family member, and what you can bring to the table that benefits the Stang Mafia. Be creative, we like to have fun here. In most cases, you will need to have at least 30 posts or a sponsor who will vouch for you and will tell us what you can do to further the interests of the SMCC. I will submit your request to the administration and it will be discussed. This could take 24 hours or more, so please be patient. If you are accepted, you will be asked to perform an initiation task. Once that is completed to the Family's satisfaction, you will become a full-fledged Family member.

Second, some Family members have additonal duties and responsibilities over and above "regular" Family members. Some of these Family members have a ranking title. Here is the current listing of the ranking titles:

Capo DI Tutti Capi (The "Boss of all Bosses") - Chairman of the Board Joe G
Capo Crimini ("Godfather") - CEO
Capo Bastone (Known as the "Underboss" is second in command) - COO MadMax
Consigliere (Advisor) - Board Member/Executive VP
xxxCapo Consigliere Jon W
xxxConsigliere #2 Birdman
xxxConsigliere Tedesco ORF
Contabile (Financial Advisor) - CFO
Caporegime (A Lieutenant) - VP/GM DarkSide
Sgarrista ("Made" members of the Mafia who serve primarily as foot soldiers) - Manager

Picciotto (A low ranking member - "Enforcers" or "button men") - Associates

Giovane D'Honore (An associate member, usually a non-Italian member) - Consultants No Shelby, but a strong desire to be an honorary member of the Shelby Mafia.

If you're already a Family Member, and believe you have additional contributions that can be made to the Stang Mafia, we may consider you for a ranking title. Be prepared to start low and move up in rank as time goes on and as you prove yourself to the Family.
