Hey all I'm new to the site but not the Mustangs! I own and operate a small custom tuning and speed shop in naples, Fl. (Powerhouse Racing and Performance) I also have a great retail website. we have 5 mustangs total. 06 gt, (2) 07 GT500's (2) 08 KR's #96 and # 314. Hope to meet some great people on this board.

Why do you want to get rid of your factory X pipe Grabby? X pipes make more HP typically. Unless you want to try to copy the KR sound.

Hey Grabber I thought I would post and let you all know that We will be launching our new PHRP H-pipe and Mufflers (that a little BIRDIE helped us with) this month (hopefully) and Jan 09. With this combo you will be able to make your GT500 sound like a KR with a GREAT STAINLESS H-PIPE kit and Mufflers. This is a bolt on kit and will come for stock cats or w/o. total cost w/ mufflers should be in the ball park of $6-700 This is about the cost of the FRPP mufflers alone and they WILL NOT give you the sound they're just the same mufflers as the KR. you must also have the H-pipe to get the sound. I will post sound clip hopefully tomorrow. I was told by the manufacturer whos making them for me they will be ready to ship to me this next week. So i will have thwm on the site and up for sale asap. We will have to wait till jan for the mufflers though. sorry. We will be giving away a few test sets to a few guys and I will take suggestions on how to raffle them out to those interested throught this board. let me know.

Will you also be selling the H pipe by itself if someone already has the Ford Racing mufflers? If so about how much for the H-pipe and factory clamps to install it.

From what I understand from Birdie...this is a very easy install. Just get the sawzall out and cut out the X pipe with out removing anything, and the H pipe clamps right back in with the factory clamps. Birdie told me the install was gaurenteed not to leak.
