The only good thing about cleavage like that is that it allows you to forget how bad the food might be.

Well my thoughts on that last pic...

With that much cleavage hanging around during cooking, what if a breast pops out while leaning over the 12" skillet to stir the boiling pot of noodles on the back burner? Name that dish!

Me BAD, again.

You know we all love ya Cheffy!

Very cool to see who you went to school with (I always thought the same thing about Rocco btw) and studied under. WOW - that's quite a list of "who's who" there.

Now I GOTTA meet you some time for sure.

I'll be in "the house of the mouse" () mid-January for a conference. Hoping that the family meets me down there so we can spend a few extra days visiting DW and the rest of the attractions there. Maybe we'll make a trip up to see you if there's time.

You'll always be THE CHEF around here buddy!

Wow, all kidding aside, I agree with you 100% on all of the above... we all know a good TV personality when we see one... if she was 200lbs, no one would care about her cooking. I am also humbled by the crowd you have cooked with, taught with, and trained with... good for you... I can say that I am impressed but also very proud of you! Great job... keep cooking!

I haven't been much into gourmet food. I hate blanched anything. If your going to cook something, cook it until it's done. Presentation is for the birds, slap it on a plate and put it in front of me. Now I do like a good steak cooked medium well where there is just a slight pink in the middle and yet the juices still flow out it with just the right amount of seasoning to bring out that taste.

Oh yeah.....this is a favorite chef thread......sorry. I vote for Chef, he a great guy with a great personality. Sounds like a family member to me.

You have quite a resume there I was just wondering have you written a book?
I also like Bobby Flay and Alton Brown. I am more like Vapor Dude it doesn't have to look good just make it taste good. I like a simple steak with horse radish not the sauce. I an so middle class.

no,not yet. but there is a possibility of a book in my future....maybe we will do the first annual stang mafia family member cook book....Bobby Flay is great...I love his throwdown show..he is a little over the top on tv..but he is totally a down to earth chef with great talent...to me I am a senses guy...its got to look good first.as the first sense when a plate is set in front of you is sight...then it has to smell good...2nd sense....the taste has to be awesome and the texture has to be right as well...overall If I had to do away from one it is the look....but the rest are a must...however I will say that is sometimes the difference between a good chef and a great chef....a good chef focus is usually on the look...a great chef gets the whole package....a great chef also knows his or hers limitations and stays with what they know and do well...there are allot of great chefs out there....my goal is to meet as many of them as I can in my life....

If we come visit, can you make something "normal" for us? I don't want anything with garnishes or that I can't pronounce.

No scones
No chutney
No cous cous

My dad has a rental condo on Siesta Key, we get down there about once every 2-3 years. I think we'll go in fall of 2009. A trip to Tampa would work fine.
