I saw some pictures of a Vapor stang with silver stripes.....I'm likin' it a lot....

Vapor is really starting to grow on me but I'm concerned about color matching (primarily because it's a silver metallic) WHEN some old bat back's into me in the supermarket parking lot again (no pent up anger there, huh?, no, I don't hold a grudge)

Window tint is a must but I'm not sure about the fogs and headlight lenses.

Anybody have the unfortunate experience of having to color match Vapor that can share the experience and outcome?

A good body shop will be able to match and blend with no problem. I am thinking of putting tint on the headlights and fogs myself just to see if I would like it. I did see a vapor SS and it looked great. I would go with the black stripes as that is the only color stripes available. I think in 07 you had a choice of black or tungsten stripes.

No vapor in 07. Silver was the color available then. There is a definite difference between the two, I just don't know how to explain it.

Silver is brighter and has a blue undertone.

Vapor is darker and looks like it's got blackish/brownish undertones.....kind of like Tungsten does.
