Converter cost MSRP = $1910.80, surprised me it cost so much

I had no idea these cost so much. When I cut my X pipe out of mine to install the H-pipe I wanted to have a back up factory original one. I found a used one for $200 bucks that only had 80 miles on it from a member that put headers on right when he got his car.

So it's shop art now.

I still have my stock X pipe if anyone wants them...I can't recall how many miles I had when i went to headers but it was not a lot. I'd sell mine for the same price plus you pay shipping of course. I'll even include a thank youo note for getting them out of my garage. I wish my Brother in law would come get the jeep wheels and tires out of my garage too.

You can put a shipping tag right on the pipes and send them that way. Shipping thru the US mail was $37 bucks.

OK - maybe not sold. Mine are not as pretty and clean as those and I don't plan on cleaning them up so it may or may not be sold. They are discolored from the heat so I am glad I made him look at a pic before I sent them off. We'll see what happens but for now they are off the market as I told him I would hold them while he thought about it since i don't really care either way.

here is a pic though incase anyone wants to compare their set to this. I assume 1-2K miles on these as I got the car in Dec. 1006 and had this off by the first Shelbyfest in 2007.

Is Kelly not home or is she that understanding? If I brought a used exhaust pipe or any car part in the house and laid it on her rug she would kick my ass.

I'd probably take it Iceman. It'd be nice to have an extra after I cut my x-pipe off and put the H-pipe on. I could pick it up when I'm in Indy next month.

I'll hold it until after shelby fest to see if the guy that said he wants it does. If not it's back on the market - not concerned about it one way or the other.

probably more worried about kelly seeing that picture really...although the rug is a POS that needs to go anyway.
